Given the handcrafted nature of these pieces, subtle variations in detail and finish can occur. Nan Fusco jewelry is made from the highest quality beads, pearls and natural gemstones. As all gemstones are unique, colors may vary and includsions are not consdiered flaws. They give your pieces character and show that it is authentic. As all pieces are handmade, execution may vary. This is an indication that your jewelry was made by Nan Fusco herself, not a machine.
We do our best to accurately represent the jewelry, via photos, copy and measurements. Our experience has been that the jewelry has exceeded the customer's expectations, since even the best photographs do not reflect the colors and sparkle of the gemstones.

You may make an exchange or receive a store credit for your purchase within 14 days of receipt. There are no refunds and no exceptions. Any item you have special ordered is not returnable.
